I am Taylor, degree educated, certified - level 3 Personal Trainer in Leigh-On-Sea.

​

The people I train, on average have been with me for 2 - 3 years plus. I have mostly built my business on referrals. When I do get referrals from clients I reward them with anything from  a 1hr free PT session, a nutrition plan or whatever it is they would benefit from most at that time.

​

I am very passionate about the industry on a whole and work with people of all ages, and all walks of life.

I am a 52 ‘out of shape woman’ who was very anxious about training again as I have not done this type of keep fit for 28 years plus – I had lost all confidence.

Taylor made me completely comfortable, gave me tips and techniques to help me understand what I need to do for maximum impact

​

She tailored certain moves to help me with my limited agility whilst still working the same muscles

She has helped me with my food choices and basically given me hope

Two sessions down and can’t wait to the next one!  – they have been tailored for a daily 25 min work out which is totally do-able

Since training with Taylor I feel confident in the gym. We trained for 8 weeks online PT sessions and my results were incredible!

 

I have always been slim and have never been able to achieve any muscle gain or toning. Taylor pushed me to achieve my goals, she also gave me some great advice on diet which really helped me too.

 

Now I have the tools to work out in my local gym by myself following my programme that was provided to me by Taylor, I feel confident in what im doing at the gym now and if whenever im in doubt I know I can contact her to get additional support if I need it.
